Forni Zazzaro is a company rooted deeply in the Neapolitan artisan tradition. Founded back in 1910 by Giuseppe Zazzaro, a passionate pizza-maker, our firm began building the first wood-fired ovens for the historic pizzerias of Naples. Giuseppe's passion for pizza and wood-fired led him to build high-quality products, shaping the company that would become one of the most renowned in the world of pizza.

HOW WE'VE GROWN

Over the years, Forni Zazzaro has stood out for passion and tradition in its work. Giuseppe has handed down his experience and craftsmanship to his son, Alberto, who has carried on the family business together with his brother Salvatore. Thanks to their determination and their passion, they have brought real Neapolitan ovens to the city's oldest pizzerias, winning over more and more customers and receiving acclaim all over the world.

Alberto Zazzaro, like his father before him, is passing on the same passion and desire to get things done to his son Daniele. Daniele, Giuseppe's grandson, has carried on the family business, continuing to innovate and improve our products. With his determination and passion, Daniele has created a mobile oven, an innovative solution that offers the same features as a fixed oven but is completely moveable.
