Our story is deeply rooted in the Neapolitan artisan tradition, thanks to our founder Giuseppe Zazzaro, who began building the first wood-burning ovens for the historic pizzerias of Naples back in 1910. Over the years, the family business has been carried on by Giuseppe's sons, Alberto and Salvatore, and has gained international renown for its professionalism and the quality of its products. Today, Giuseppe's grandson Daniele carries on the family tradition, constantly innovating and improving our products. Thanks to his passion and desire to get things done, he has created a mobile oven, which offers the same characteristics as the fixed one but is completely moveable.
